SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are packed by hand in the USA with care and attention. Orders are typically dispatched within a few days.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
All parcels include tracking. Shipping costs may be slightly higher, but tracking is included to provide added security and peace of mind. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery is managed by the carrier.
LOSS, DELAY, OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please check around your home, with neighbors, or with your local post office. If you experience any issues with your delivery, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help however we can.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The full amount will always be shown before completing your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Within the USA: approximately 3–7 business days. International: typically around 1–3 weeks, but may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional charges caused by customs.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided.
